Recreational activities will be provided which reflect identified interests.

On admission, a structured admission plan will be formulated aimed at giving personalised support to aid the transition to a new environment where practicable residents will be involved in the planning and evaluation of their care, and will be enabled to give informed consent for changes in medical treatment. They will know who their key carer is, and will be afforded a high level of continuity of care, as is practicable.
